Key Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and plans specific to MEP projects.
- Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and audits on project sites.
- Provide HSE training and awareness programs to site staff and workers.
- Investigate and report incidents, accidents, and near misses with corrective/preventive measures.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure HSE compliance.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation and records in line with legal requirements.
Minimum Requirements - Minimum 8 years’ experience in HSE roles within the MEP/construction industry (MEP Experience is a Must).
