            Job Description

Monitor and inspect MEP works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Ensure construction activities align with the project schedule, method statements, and technical specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress and quality reports.
Verify material deliveries and ensure they meet project requirements.
Coordinate with consultants and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
Review and approve inspection test plans (ITPs), non-conformance reports (NCRs), and close-out documentation.
Ensure adherence to local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering or equivalent
1- 5 years of experience in MEP inspection, preferably in high-rise or mission-critical projects like data centers.
