They’re seeking a Mental Health & Wellbeing Support Worker to help pupils feel heard, safe and supported.
Your role will include
Supporting pupils with emotional and mental health needs
Promoting positive coping strategies
Working with small groups and individuals
Supporting reintegration into the classroom

Experience supporting young people’s mental health
A calm, reassuring and supportive approach
Confidence working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
