The Central Region Eating Disorder Service (CREDS) is looking for a dynamic, energetic Support Worker to join our unique multi-disciplinary team. This exciting role will focus on supporting individuals with eating disorders in a residential care setting based in Lower Hutt.

About the Role

Support Workers at CREDS prepare dietitian-led meals for vulnerable clients and support them as they journey to wellness.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with eating disorders in a residential care setting.
• Prepare dietitian-led meals for clients.
• Assist clients in their journey to wellness through compassionate and respectful care.
• Support household management tasks as required.
