The Position This position is a permanent role for experienced Mental Health Nurses. - Provide appropriate mental health support ,care, treatment and interventions to patients - Observe & assess the mental, emotional, physical needs of patients including the identification of at risk consumers and record with appropriate and accurate documentation. - Care plan and discharge planning implementation - Display nursing skills that will be effective in alleviating patients distress which can manifest in challenging or at risk behavior.
