Membership Sales/Adminrepresentatives are in charge of selling a gym membership scheme or membershiprelated products and services. The duties of this role include engaging with inactive members providing customer service to members and guests dealing with member records keeping the management aware of members concerns and assisting with the front desk and reception area. They also provide costbenefit analysis of current and potential customers and maintain positive business relationships to encourage future sales.
