TWI in Cambridge is actively seeking a Membership Officer to enhance member recruitment and support the growth of the Institute. As a central point for existing and potential members, you will manage applications and foster long-term relationships.

This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and process improvement abilities. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, along with experience in member services. Occasional travel within the UK may be necessary.
