We’re after a Sales superstar to join our team at Les Mills New Lynn.

Reporting to the Sales & Reception Manager, you’ll be responsible for achieving ambitious targets for new members on a monthly basis. As part of a tightly-knit kick-ass sales team, you’ll benefit from shared knowledge but will be ultimately in control of your own success.

Not for the faint‑hearted, you need to love the phone. Appointments won’t just come to you, you need the drive to make them happen. With on‑target earnings of between $70,000 - $80,000 and our uncapped commission structure, you’ll have every reason to shine and smash targets. You just need to put in the hard work!

Qualifications

• Have experience in holding the fort in a similar role to undertake Duty Manager responsibilities if required.
• Have excellent communication skills with an ability to build rapport
