Core Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing CRM operations and critical metrics, develop CRM operational strategies for LEGO Brand Retail Store(LBR) in China.

• Work closely with Market Group China CRM team to align on the LEGO Retail CRM long- term strategy annual member basic benefit plan, share the activation plan.
