We have a number of exciting opportunities for customer service professionals to join our Wellington‑based team. The initial training period will be full‑time, 9am–5pm and will commence for successful applicants in mid‑August 2026. Once competent in all parts of the role, a variety of shifts are available Monday to Friday, 8am–5:30pm. You'll play a key role in supporting our Members by responding to their queries and underwriting general insurance policies via phone and email, while being supported by an amazing team every step of the way.
