PRIMARY DUTIES
Handle quoting and servicing for Healthcare products available in the agency as a trainee. Handle healthcare open enrollment for the agency with support from VFBHIS. Complete all training and proficiency testing for Health insurance sales and servicing Insurance business processing: answer customer inquiries via phone, e-mail and in-person, process payments, submit claim reports, prepare certificates of insurance and binders, prepare correspondence, process Tier 1 changes to insurance policies.
