            Responsibilities  Review and underwrite new, renewal, and endorsement applications for individual and group international private medical insurance policies. 
Manage complex cases from start to finish, including handling requests for additional information and escalations. 
Conduct thorough assessments of medical histories, pre-existing conditions, and supporting documentation to facilitate informed risk decisions. 
Analyse and interpret medical reports, test results, and physician statements to ensure accurate underwriting outcomes. 
Maintain meticulous underwriting records and documentation while strictly complying with data protection regulations. 
Meet turnaround time (TAT) targets to ensure timely responses and enhance customer satisfaction. 
Collate and present monthly reports regarding completed cases, outstanding cases, TAT performance, and additional key metrics.
