The Role

Working hrs: 5 days office hrs, Alternate Sat half day

Medical Translator chaperone and assist patients with limited English proficiency, handle all logistic arrangement (enquiry, medical appointments, admission/evacuation, entry visa/visa extension, accommodation, ambulance and limousine services). To travel to all IHH Healthcare Singapore Hospitals and clinics accredited to PHSPL.

a.Chaperone Services
b.Visa arrangements & ICA duties
c.Arranging of accommodation in Singapore during medical treatment period
d.Travel arrangement, reconfirmation of tickets and reschedule of tickets for patient and accompanying personnel
e.Multi language interpretation during consultation with doctor for patient with limited English proficiency (Vietnamese language)
f.Arranging of sight-seeing in Singapore for patient and accompanying personnel
