Perform registration of patient samples and manage client inquiries via telephone. Execute and validate results for various laboratory tests across assigned disciplines. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance of laboratory instruments report malfunctions to the section lead. Carry out biannual validation of minor equipment such as thermometers and pipettes. Participate in inter-laboratory quality assurance (IQA) and proficiency testing programs. Manage inventory checks of laboratory consumables and reagents using RMS. Review applicable laboratory SOPs annually and participate in continuous medical education (CME) programs. Engage in annual quality improvement projects within the laboratory.
