Coordinates and leads the active participation and involvement of laboratory end-users and stakeholders at the regions to ensure complete and sustained implementation of NTP strategies/activities regardless of funding source
(Global Fund and/or GOP related)
Serves as technical support Staff or technical back-up to the day to day TB laboratory operations such as adherence to quality assurance and biosafety standards set by NTRL, adoption of new diagnostics, implementation of latest
PMDT strategies, organizes work areas to ensure safe and hazard free environment, etc.
Provides regular feedback/reports to NTRL as early warnings, where applicable, on the status of Laboratory & PMDT Program implementation at all levels at the regions
In close coordination with the laboratory supervisor, conducts regular inventory of laboratory supplies, chemicals...
