Medical Support Assistant Overview

As a Medical Support Assistant, you will provide administrative and/or clinical support to physicians and care teams, helping ensure an efficient, compassionate experience for every patient.

Opportunities are available in both front office and back office functions, supporting patients throughout their visit.
What You'll Do
Depending on your assigned role, responsibilities may include:

Front Office

+ Welcome and check in patients while providing outstanding customer service.

+ Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars.

+ Verify patient demographics and insurance information.

+ Answer incoming phone calls and assist with patient inquiries.

+ Complete registration, referrals, and other administrative tasks.
