This is a casual part-time position offering a minimum of 20 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between Monday and Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm. Flexibility is essential, as additional hours may be required to cover staff leave. Occasional Saturday shifts will also be rostered on a rotational basis.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on customer service
Experience using Best Practice software (desirable)
Professional phone manner with the ability to efficiently manage and resolve enquiries
Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks
