We are currently recruiting for an experienced Medical Receptionist to join a busy healthcare setting in Grays on a temporary ongoing basis.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous medical reception experience who is available to start immediately and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing front desk reception and greeting patients
Booking and managing appointments
Handling incoming calls and patient enquiries
Updating and maintaining patient records
Supporting administrative tasks within the practice

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Medical Receptionist is essential
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure
Familiarity with medical systems (e.g. EMIS/SystemOne) is advantageous
