About the Role


We are seeking a friendly, organised, and patient-focused Medical Receptionist to join our busy GP Practice. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.


Key Responsibilities

  • Welcoming patients in person and responding to telephone calls courteously and efficiently

  • Booking, amending, and cancelling appointments using the clinical system

  • Managing patient queries and signposting appropriately

  • Handling correspondence, prescriptions, and general administrative duties

  • Workflow Optimisation via Docman system
