Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) – Generalist

Location: Springfield, CO

Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (Tuesday–Monday rotation), 36–38 hours per week + shared call time (critical component)

Instrumentation & Systems

• Hematology: Sysmex XS1000 (transitioning to Sysmex XN)
• Chemistry: Ortho 5600
• Coagulation: Siemens Sysmex CA660
• Microbiology: Microscan, BioFire, BD FX40 (blood cultures), full urine cultures
• Blood Bank: ABO/Rh typing, antibody screens, and crossmatches (currently full tube method, moving toward gel method)
• EMR: Cerner OracleWorks

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field.
• ASCP or AMT certification required (MLT(ASCP) or MLS(ASCP) preferred).
