Medical Director/Family Medicine
Seeking a Medical Director of Family Medicine for an opportunity in a beautiful coastal community just 1 hour from downtown Tampa that offers a strong balance of leadership and clinical practice, along with excellent compensation and flexibility.
This role provides the opportunity to lead and grow a Family Medicine program while maintaining a manageable clinical schedule:
• Compensation: $260K–$300K+ (highly negotiable) + sign-on, relocation, and retention bonuses
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with flexibility; choose your 8-hour shift within a 7 AM–7 PM clinic window
• Structure: 3 clinic days (on-site) + 2 administrative days (remote-capable)
• Patient Volume: ~18 per day
• Call: Telephone-only, minimal (rotated)
• Leadership: Oversee 16+ providers and 2 senior APP leaders
