Description:

The Medical Director of Men's Health will provide strategic leadership and subject matter expertise across the Company's men's health portfolio, with a focus on endocrine and hormone related conditions. This role is responsible for shaping product strategy, driving cross functional alignment, and serving as a clinical and scientific authority for internal and external stakeholders.

Essential Functions:

+ Develop and execute the annual Medical Affairs plan, aligning scientific goals with corporate strategy, product lifecycle management, and brand planning. Provide thought leadership on disease state, unmet patient needs, and market opportunities within men’s health (e.g., testosterone deficiency, metabolic disorders, fertility, sexual health). Collaborate with senior leadership to inform pipeline prioritization and lifecycle management decisions.
