JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Medical Concierge Supervisor leads a frontline team in delivering personalized, seamless healthcare experiences. They oversee patient relations, appointment scheduling, and HMO coordination while managing staff performance, handling VIP or complex cases, and ensuring service excellence across hospital or clinic departments



QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), Healthcare Administration, or related medical sciences

Minimum of 1 to 3 years in a leadership, managerial, or supervisory capacity

3 to 5 years of accumulated experience in a hospital setting, Health Maintenance Organization (HMO), or medical case management

Familiarity with hospital information systems (HIS), HMO processing (Letter of Authorization/LOA preparation), and medical terminology.
