Under the direction of the Primary Care Operations team, the Full‐Time Float Pool Medical Assistant provides clinical and operational support to Mercy Primary Care clinics across South County and South St. Louis. Working closely with Mercy primary care providers and the care team, the Medical Assistant delivers safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and patient‐centered care. This role partners with patients, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to support quality outcomes, continuity of care, and clinic efficiency. All duties are performed in alignment with Mercy's Mission, Values, and Mercy Service Standards. Position Details:
