**PeaceHealth is seeking a Medical Assistant Educator for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position. The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $30.74 – $41.50.** The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc.

**Job Summary**

Coordinates and delivers initial and ongoing education for Medical Assistants working in the PeaceHealth Medical Group based on defined compliance requirements, caregiver functional knowledge, supporting business and quality improvement, workflows and processes. Assists in the development of training including learner resources and appropriate training modalities. Integrates the learning needs of participants into instruction process. Works with the leadership team to evaluate impact and identify strategies for improvement.
