Collaborate with international teams (Germany, Spain, India) across support, development, and after-sales departments to resolve technical matters and share knowledge
Assist service technicians during installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machines and systems
Provide technical support to U.S. based customers via phone, email, and virtual platforms
Accurately document service tickets and maintain records in the CRM system
Communicate with customers regarding the status and progress of their service tickets
Diagnose technical issues and determine appropriate solutions
Analyze and troubleshoot customer machinery to identify and resolve errors
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical field or equivalent, with strong technical aptitude
