Function Engineering Facility Position Mechanical/Electrical Artisan | 3 months Fixed Term Contract Introduction

An opportunity exists for a Mechanical/Electrical Artisan – 3 months Fixed Term Contract at Life Rosepark Hospital, reporting to the Engineering Manager. The successful incumbent will be responsible for ensuring continuous availability of Mechanical and/or electrical services as well as air-conditioning and Building Maintenance required for the Hospital infrastructure.

Critical Outputs

General mechanical repairs and installations to ensure operation and reliability of hospital equipment

Ensure operation and reliability of mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements

Maintain daily preventative maintenance on all medium and high-risk equipment, medical gasses, vacuum pumps, medical air compressors, autoclaves, generators, etc
