Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); Master's preferred.
Atleast 5 years of Pharma utility systems hands-on experience: HVAC, cleanroom, compressed air, chilled water, steam - must have commissioned or qualified at least one of these inside a pharma plant
Sterile manufacturing background: Must have worked in a sterile injectables environment - vials, PFS, or IV bags. Solid dosage only is not acceptable.
IQ/OQ/PQ execution + Cap Ex management: Must have personally run mechanical equipment qualifications AND managed capital project budgets with vendor coordination.
