Description Trant Engineering are working on water treatement upgrade projects across the Somerset, Wiltshire and Dorset regions. We are currently looking for a proven Mechanical Supervisor to join our team, working initially on a project just north of Cheddar.
The role involves involves hands-on working as well as supervising mechanical teams, coordinating with other trades, ensuring compliance with project specifications, monitoring health & safety, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring timely completion of mechanical works.
Key Responsibilities Team Supervision & Coordination - Lead and manage a team of mechanical operatives and subcontractors.
- Allocate work according to skills, project schedules, and priorities.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor and support less experienced mechanical staff.
