Following a recent ramp‑up, we are recruiting 8 Mechanical Repairs Technicians to join our aerospace client in Titchfield. With a transition to a brand‑new, purpose‑built facility underway, this is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and highly skilled team.

These roles are long‑term PAYE contracts running until June 2027, with strong potential for extension.

What You'll Do

* Test, diagnose and validate mechanical, electrical and pump units
* Strip and rebuild components to approved aerospace standards
* Operate test rigs and diagnostic equipment
* Record accurate test data (manual and electronic)
* Support continuous improvement activities
* Collaborate with engineers and technicians
* Identify and resolve complex technical faults using a hands‑on approach
