Perform inspections of storage tanks and associated fabrication, erection, repair, and maintenance activities following project specifications and standards.
Ensure compliance with API 653, API 650, and applicable international codes.
Conduct fit‑up inspections, dimensional checks, alignment and visual inspections of tank components.
Monitor and inspect welding activities in line with approved WPS/PQR and procedures.
Coordinate and witness NDT activities – UT, RT, MT, PT, vacuum box testing, etc. – and review reports.
Inspect hydrostatic testing, leak testing and tank calibration activities.
Verify material certificates (MTC), traceability and consumable control.
Ensure proper surface preparation, coating and painting inspections are performed.
Raise Inspection Requests (IRs) and coordinate with client consultants for approvals.
