Mechanical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee two high-value mechanical installation projects within operational HM Prison Service establishments. You will take full ownership of delivery across both schemes, managing programme, budget, quality, and stakeholder relationships in a secure and regulated environment.

Project values are in the region of £2m - £4m.

Start date: May 2026.

What you'll be doing

• Leading end-to-end mechanical project delivery across both sites.
• Managing subcontractors, supply chain, and site teams.
• Producing and maintaining detailed programmes.
• Reporting on cost, risk, and progress to senior management.
• Liaising with the Prison Service and client representatives.
• Ensuring all works comply with prison security protocols and regulations.
