**Job Summary**

The Estimator isresponsible for performing detailed quantity takeoffs and material assessments for mechanical piping systems across commercial projects. This role supports preconstruction and estimating efforts by delivering accurate, timely, and well-documented takeoff data to ensure competitive and profitable bids.
