SCINERGY Recruitment are recruiting for a Mechanical Maintenance Team Leader to join the leadership team at Rye House Power Station, a modern CCGT power station based in Hertfordshire.
This is a key site-based leadership role, responsible for leading the Mechanical Maintenance Team and supporting the safe, reliable and efficient operation of the facility. The successful candidate will play a central role in delivering the site's mechanical maintenance strategy, supporting outages, managing contractors, developing the team and driving long-term maintenance improvements across the plant.
