We have an exciting opportunity for a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team providing building services maintenance at West Middlesex University Hospital in Isleworth. This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week from 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. 
The role:
Will report to the Operations Manager

To supervise the mechanical/electrical/building trade staff and specialist contractors

Ensure the immediate and proper allocation of work, and the completion of such work in accordance with the performance monitoring system and to client satisfaction.

Use of the Maximo CAFM system.
