Review and study project documents including drawings, specifications, BOQ (bill of quantity), RFI (Request for Information), and correspondence to ensure all project details are considered.
Coordinate with other trades (architectural, MEP, structural, etc.) to ensure smooth workflow.
Perform technical calculations related to HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
Conduct calculations, including load and energy analysis, and achieve necessary approvals.
Perform site visits to assess the progress and quality of mechanical works.
Manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
Prepare as-built drawings for project records.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
3 - 6 years of experience in the mechanical engineering field, preferably in technical office roles.
