Job Description - To support study and analyze customer design requirement, specifications, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and tooling/equipment requirements.
- To support performing product validation according to the product design specification and customer requirements.
- To support generating drawing (3D/2D) for new and existing parts which require changes
- Main focal point for FAI build in new product introduction.
- Support in reviewing and Implement new router released from Engineering Dept.
- Leads projects for process and cycle time improvement.
- Update Production Router as per improvement.
- Identify, investigate, troubleshoot and resolve shortcoming in processes.
- Update relevant Work Instructions and Operating procedures for process improvements.
