            Responsibilities  Oversee mechanical engineering projects from design through commissioning, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards 
Review project requirements, contractor specifications, and drawings with the project team 
Develop execution plans, allocate resources, and implement risk mitigation strategies 
Serve as the on-site engineering liaison, ensuring coordination between contractors and internal teams, including site safety and permit matters 
Troubleshoot technical issues during construction in collaboration with relevant stakeholders 
Coordinate closely with the Project Manager and other discipline engineers to ensure smooth project interfaces 
Ensure all engineering deliverables meet project specifications and standards 
Evaluate variation orders and provide resolution recommendations
