            Responsibilities  Lead a team of technical officers and technicians for facilities management activities. 
Plan and schedule equipment upkeep and maintenance record, including preparing reports. 
Investigate, analyze, and determine root cause and report breakdowns and faults effectively. 
Carry out any other ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned. 
Experience handling in pumps and motors, aircon system and mechanical ventilation system and work well as a team. 
Upkeep proper filing system for maintenance records. 
Scheduling for preventive maintenance works. 
Managing all types of maintenance breakdowns and ensure all faults are attended. 
Conduct routine inspection of the premises. 
Site meeting and liaising with client.
