Design, develop, and improve sheet metal products and engineering processes
Assist in creating and reviewing technical drawings, plans, and specifications using computer software
Perform detailed documentation to track project development and design process
Develop testing processes, and perform testing and validation of new designs
Take part in idea generation and improvement of existing products and machinery
Work with team members for overall project progress and cope with a fast-paced learning environment; prepare and perform unit beta testing and data recording
Be independent, innovative, and creative
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Computer Engineering or related field
Solid experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks
Firm grasp of engineering concepts and keen in designing mechanical systems and products
