Responsibilities:

Attend meetings with customers to address ship defects and other technical issues.

Prepare service acceptance documents and technical reports upon completion of defect rectification works.

Plan, schedule, and assign daily work tasks to the production team.

Provide technical suggestions and solutions to assist customers in resolving problems.

Monitor job progress to ensure timely completion and adherence to schedules.

Ensure all work complies with applicable appliance standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.

Adhere to service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.

Actively participate in and support ongoing and new projects as assigned.
