You will review and plan Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) engineering systems for the range of JTC’s portfolio of industrial properties. These include new and existing business parks, industrial estates and buildings. You will be involved in and shall manage enhancements, refurbishments and replacements projects of M&E systems such as Air‑Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation (ACMV), Lift and Escalators, Fire Protection Systems, Electrical, ELV, etc. You will be performing design reviews of submissions by consultants and contractors with the Facilities Management team during the design and construction stages of R&R projects, providing input on operation needs and maintainability.
