Job Description Job Description Mechanical Design Engineer Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on Mechanical Design Engineer to support cradle-to-grave product development for commercial door hardware products. This role is responsible for the design, development, testing, documentation, and manufacturing support of new products ranging from exit devices and hinges to other commercial door hardware components and systems. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical design skills, experience creating detailed engineering drawings, and the ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Vendors, and Customers.
