We oversee the entire spectrum of activities, from sourcing strategy and price negotiation to allocation decisions, contract management, supply chain business continuity, and risk mitigation. These responsibilities directly impact our products' raw material cost, influencing our Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) and profit margins.
