Build out, lead, and mentor the Spectra-Strip Applications Engineering team, overseeing technical project execution, customer support, and product implementation.
Serve as the primary technical interface between engineering, field application engineers, sales, and key customers—translating complex customer requirements into actionable engineering deliverables.
Guide concept development using input from customer needs, competitor benchmarking, existing product portfolios, and patent landscapes. Collaborate cross-functionally across Amphenol business units and engineering sites.
Ensure product designs meet all customer functional requirements and are aligned with manufacturability, cost-efficiency, and timeline expectations.
Evaluate and support product selection and integration during the early stages of customer engagement to ensure technical viability and long-term compatibility.
