Position: Mechanic Shop Foreman
Location: Saint-John, NB
Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday through Friday, 7am until 4:30pm)
Pay: $33.00-$36.00 hourly depending on experience

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and mentor mechanics and QA staff through technical support and other teaching methods.
• Support and work with the Branch Manager to increase Rent Ready percentage.
• Support and work with the Branch Manager to increase the morale and engagement among technicians.
• Perform assigned tasks with attention to detail and organize all documentation.
• Work on the shop floor for 5 hours per day on equipment and special projects.
• Spend at least 30 minutes per day with each technician (included in shop floor hours)....
