FPT is a wholly-owned business of Cleveland-Cliffs has an immediate opportunity for a Mechanic at our Romulus, MI location. The Mechanic is responsible for the repairs and maintenance of trucks and heavy-duty machinery.


Summary of Responsibilities:

+ Ensure adherence to safety standards including use of required personal protective equipment (PPE), remove hazards as identified, and maintain cleanliness of the site.

+ Performs repairs on engines, brakes, suspensions, transmissions, and electrical equipment on the site’s trucks and yard machinery.
