            Responsibilities  Assist the Tender and Bidding Team with measurements, Bills of Quantities, contract reviews, and tender submissions. 
Manage contracts for projects, including procurement and cost analysis. 
Source and compare three quotes for materials and monitor orders. 
Prepare monthly progress claims, variation orders, and ensure timely invoicing. 
Address Extensions of Time and related claims. 
Perform additional quantity surveying tasks as needed. 
 Requirements  Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 
Minimum 5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying or Engineering. 
Proficient in cost estimation and budgeting. 
Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. 
Knowledge of quantity take-off and relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM, MS Excel).
