Responsibilities
  • Review and interpret ACMV or Electrical tender documents and drawings.
  • Prepare quantity take‑offs, bills of quantities (BQ), and cost estimates for M&E works.
  • Support ACMV or Electrical design for Design & Build tenders.
  • Prepare technical documentation and proposals for tender submissions.
  • Manage contract administration for main contractors and subcontractors.
  • Review Letters of Award from clients or main contractors.
  • Source, evaluate, negotiate, and shortlist suppliers and subcontractors based on project requirements.
  • Prepare monthly progress claims and process subcontractor and supplier payments.
  • Monitor project budgets, propose value engineering solutions, and coordinate closely with site teams.
