Job Scope

• Performing operations & maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire systems to avoid breakdowns.
• Troubleshoot and rectify minor electrical / mechanical issues.
• Ensure all maintenance records and checklists are completed properly.
• Coordinate with supervisors, engineers and contractors when required.
• Support emergency maintenance activities and breakdown response.
• Ensuring adherence to occupational health and safety standards.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in HVAC/Mechanical/Electrical or related engineering fields.
• Possess valid Chargeman AO or A1 Certification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in operations/preventive maintenance of facilities ACMV, electrical or mechanical systems.
• Able to carry out preventive maintenance activities, troubleshooting and basic repair works.
